Empowering Your Journey to Serenity

Initially focused solely on grief, I quickly recognized a common barrier for many clients: overwhelming anger was hindering access to grief. Therefore, I created the Anger Reduction Workshop. This workshop empowers participants to release pent-up anger, facilitating access to their underlying grief. Surprisingly, many who don’t identify as “angry” find immense benefit from these workshops.

This approach dissipates existing anger and equips individuals with strategies to prevent its recurrence. Grief, a natural emotion, is addressed in the Grief Reduction Workshop. It is aimed at diminishing grief’s intensity or transforming it into a sweet sorrow. Grief is like waves on the ocean. Initially, the waves are tall, thick, and close together. Over time, grief like waves becomes shorter, narrower, and less frequent. The workshop’s exercises and principles expedite this process.

While the ability to cry is most helpful in doing the workshop, some people find themselves unable to cry—a learned behavior that can be unlearned through a simple procedure detailed on our site. Please see “How to Cry” under the articles tab.
