Anger 

The Anger Reduction portion is for everyone, even those who don’t consider themselves angry. It’s a series of exercises and lessons that have been proven to reduce anger, stress, frustration, and anxiety. These exercises contain a spiritual component but not a religious one. No matter how spiritual we are, we all experience frustration. I get upset because that idiot won’t get off my bumper, or that jerk won’t get out of my way, or I think about politics, or money or any number of things that bring frustration into my life. That frustration has an anger energy which must be bled off and I have personally used this Workshop’s techniques successfully for many years.

Grief

Grief is a natural emotion and everyone experiences it at some time in their lives. The purpose of The Grief Reduction Workshop is to reduce the strength and duration of a particular grief or, in many cases to eliminate it or transform it into a sweet sadness. Grief is like waves on the ocean. Initially the waves are tall, thick and close together. Over time they become shorter, narrower and further apart. This Workshop has been repeatedly shown to accelerate this process.
